In todays Irish Independent it is reported that an interim examiner has been appointed to the five-star Ritz Carlton hotel in Enniskerry Co Wicklow. The High Court heard that the 200 bedroom hotel owes NAMA €47m. It is also reported that the hotels ownership is complex and involves five different types of investors. The court heard that the Hotel which also includes a Gordon Ramsay restaurant is prepared to invest in the hotel. IMs Justice Finlay Geoghegan appointed Declan Taite as interim examiner and the case will come before the court again on November 28. For full article please click on link to Irish Independent
